Early Registration: March 1 - April 15 at cost of $650
Regular Registration: April 16 - May 20 at cost of $700

GAMES: everyone will be guaranteed 3 games Minimum. As our tournament grows, please be aware that some local teams may have to play the Friday evening.
**For the Kootenay Rovers Classic to be a successful, fun and competitive tournament, we have added a section for tiering information in the registration. This is to help us best place teams to ensure best game play. To be clear this is NOT a tiered tournament but a local competitive platform.

Here are a few details you will need to know for our tournament:
1. SCHEDULES: Division Schedules will be posted June 1st, on the TeamSnap Tournaments. Schedule will go live on TeamSnap Tournaments.
2. ROSTERS and CHECK IN: Be sure to update your final rosters on TEAMSNAP tournament no later then June 1st. All players must have player cards and ensure everyone is named on your Travel Permits. Check in will be done at the head tables 30 min before your first game. You must check in with your player cards. Not having player cards may result in athletes unable to participate. If your club does not have player cards please e-mail Kootenayeastsoccer@gmail.com
3. SHELTERS: Teams are to provide their own shelters/benches
4. RULES: Kootenay Rovers Classic Tournament Rules . Please review the rules with your teams
5. FIRST AID: An “un-manned” First Aid station with a First Aid kit, band-aids and ice will be available for teams to use at the main tents.
MOIR Park and Purcell fields are within Kimberley/Cranbrook’s 9-1-1 boundaries for ambulance service, and the EK Regional Hospital is only minutes away. BC Ambulance service has been notified of the tournament.
6. GOVERNING BODY REGISTRATION: In order to participate in this tournament, ALL players, in ALL divisions (including U19 players) MUST be registered and insured with their governing body. Please be sure to update your roster on TeamSnap prior to the deadline to adjust rosters. Bring along with player cards and travel papers.

**All games are matched to be as fair as possible. KESA always takes into consideration all rostered players, and levels of play, and skill to the best of our ability based on submitted information, as well as first hand experience with teams.
