Current:
Concession Chair: Organizing volunteers during Spring House to help run concession from May to end of June. Organizing volunteers for middle of June tournament Kootenay Rovers. Making sure both times there is always enough stock to sell.
Co House Chair: Supporting the other Co House chair organize Spring and Fall House Soccer. Spring is April (organizing teams) May to June on field first couple weeks of House, to be point of contact for any concerns or issues arising. Fall is end of Sept (to organize teams) Oct to Dec in the Dome, be on field first couple weeks of Indoor House to address any concerns. Helping organize uniforms and hand out to families. Work with admin for registration payments and if players have shown up.
Co REP/DEV Chair: Working with Co REP/DEV Chair for Spring and Winter programs. Working with families, managers and coaches. Working with Technical Director and President. Organizing Coach/Manager/Parent meetings for beginning of the Spring and Winter program. Being the point of contact for rep/dev teams with any questions or concerns. Working with Admin for any registration payments, and if players have shown up. Help with anything related to REP/DEV.
Adult Chair: Organizing Winter Adult league in the Dome, working with Admin for registrations and payments. Overseeing the Ladies drop in, Fall drop in, (Ladies Spring outdoor). Being the main contact for any related questions or concerns regarding Adult Soccer with KESA
Feb 2025:
President: Oversees all programs, finances and helps where needed. Responsible for booking fields, placing orders for equipment and gear, working with admin to pay bills. Making sure club follows BC and Canada soccer policies. Sets up coach and ref education. Runs monthly board meetings.
Vice President/Indoor Facility/Disciplinary Chair: Work with President, if President is away be the main contact, look after Indoor Facility - heat, vandalism, turf. Disciplinary Chair - is the 1st point of contact regarding any issues arising within KESA. If issue can not be resolved, DChair will form a disciplinary panel to move forward with the issue.
Public Relations Chair: Posting to KESA's socials. with Updates, sponsors, teams, achievements, meetings, etc, working with the President and Admin for posting.
Tournaments Chairs (2): 4 tournaments to organize - June's Kootenay Rovers Classic, 3 Indoor Tournaments - 2 fall (adult/youth) and 1 spring (youth). Organize teams once registered, main point of contact regarding questions or concerns regarding the tournaments. Organize schedule for all tournaments. Working with President, REF Chair, REP/DEV Chairs, Concession, and Admin for all tournaments. Working with Sponsorship chair and Admin for sponsors for the Kootenay Rovers Classic tournament. Helping Admin with TEAM SNAP tournament set up for registrations and game results.
